First I really like the call atmosphere in this picture though it does need some work. First is anatomy. Eyes are little too big and too close to each others. Good rule is to add one more eye between the two. If you can fit another eye in there the eyes are at good distance from each others. Next is, that nose it little too high. It should always be lover than eyes. You could add some shape on there as well, because it's pretty hard to tell that it's nose when it's just straight line in face. For this you should draw a cross middle to your face. Place eyes in horizon line and nose and mouth to the vertical line. Also nose and mouth must be on the same line with chin.
Next is that hands are little bit too small. Place your hand on your face and you'll see that hand should cover about half of your face. More or less, depends of your hand size. I would also recommend to focus on light and shadows more, because your art has lot of highlights but very little shading. The more stronger the light is, the more darker the shadows are. As well and take account of light source, that where light comes from. Above, below, left or right, this will make piece look more dynamic.
Otherwise I like it. Coloring is nice and you put nice effort to it. Idea and the feeling of this picture is very good and sweet.
my advice for you is, that practice anatomy, use guidelines and practice shading and light sources.
PS. I've noticed, that you have a slight sameface syndrome. Try to put more variety to faces you make, not only hair and clothes, but eyes, mouth, nose and face shape.
