A Very popular picture of Emma that has been around ages & one I have tinkered with now & then. This time around I added a new partial background & expanded the canvas to get a 16:9 wallpaper from a mag scan with a few tweaks to finish.To Download left click to get full size then right click & save the image.

I have always loved this one of Emma. What software do you use to create your wallpapers ?

I mainly use Paintshop Pro as I fint it easier to use than photoshop though I do use that too because it has better art effect tools.

I am only a student at college so my budget is tight. Does Paintshop or Photoshop have a free version or do you have to buy the software ?

There are 30 day trial versions but you do have to pay, paintshop pro is significantly cheaper than photoshop however. There are fre photo manipulation programs gimp for example. you can sometimes get older versions for free also you should be able to get free or very cheap copies via you college/university under an academic licence.
