PLEASE FULL VIEW!!Exhausted after a long shoot of up to 7 HOURS, Dan decompressed, leaning up against the side of my VW. Man, that day was blisteringly hot!!!!

Now /that's/ what I'm talkin' about!! I see all of these black and white or sepia pictures of downcast or depressing pictures. I see this one in a sea of black and white, and I'm like 'HE WENT MUDDIN'! Now /that's/ what I'm talkin' about!'
Not that I hate black and white / sepia, but seeing a... Hmm... A country or redneck looking picture, where the person is actually grinning while covered head to toe in mud... I'm sorry, but that just strikes me as 'Home' to me. xD At my house, mudding and racing in the mud after a good rain on the four-wheelers is a favorite past time. xD Then the water hose fight is fun too.
Anyways, I just wanted to say that I love this picture because it reminds me of home, and you remind me of Jake off of Sweet Home Alabama, when he's first introduced covered in motor oil. But, the point is, this picture is awesome, and it was worth the 7 hours in the sun!!!! xD

Thank you VERY much!! That's a great compliment! Whenever I hear that one of my photos has instilled some feeling of joy and familiarity to someone's past, I know I captured something real. So sorry this has taken me a month and a half to respond to, but I just don't spend much time online anymore, much less on dA. Getting married has definitely made me rethink my schedule. Your model (whether it be you or a friend) is extremely good looking, but I wish I could go mudding. o---0 Everyone says it's so fun, but I had to clean off the four wheeler once and hated all the scraping of the mud off. =___+

I really like a dull blue grey with mother of pearl for the bumpers and top. Accent it with beige and more grey blue. It looks sick, and pays homage to more of a classic 50's-60's look. Furthermore, you could try black and beige. I guess I'm just a big fan of beige in a VW. I wish I had it on mine.
