Troglodytes. Best described as a cannibal Neanderthal crossed with a giant lizard. Also they smell.

Took me some time to figure out that was a tail and not part of the lizard person's staff.
There's more stuff like that, like the vertical spike on the background just behind the mount's head.
Seems to lack some whatshacallit, the transition from clear to misty like the end of the caverns.
Not that I could do better, just some things I noticed ^^
