Description Finally, the project revailed

I started a series of short stories under the series title Star Trek Forever. The main protagonists are the TOS crew.

In the wake of the Wrath of Khan, the Enterprise finds herself tossed into the 25th century. The crew youthens because of the Geneis effect and they find out, that the Genesis device copied them and the Enterprise. Their copies led a life as we know it: Spock died and is rescurrected, Kirk gets the Enterprise-A, etc.

But the real ones, stranded in the 25th century, must cope with a new world, and under the patronage of Fleet Admiral Janeway, the Enterprise is rebuilt with the newest technology, allowing the crew to strom the final frontier again.

When a previously unknown enemy takes over the Dominion and launches a surprise attack on the Federation, the Enterprise is assigned to seek them out, and meanwhile explore the lesse known region on the border of the Alpha and Gamma Quadrants, known as the Virgin lands.

Equipped with transwarp drive, pulse phasers and transphasic torpedoes, and manned by the living legends of Starfleet, the Enterprise sets sail on her most dangerous mission ever.

You say that the original E was rebuilt in the 25th century. Does that mean it was rebuilt as a Constitution Mk-4?

Or is it a unique ship?

[
For clarification, I'm using the assumption of some trekkers that the TOS 1701 was a Constitution class. It was upgraded to a Constitution Mk 2 for TMP, while 1701-A was a Mk 3. The Mk 4, to my knowledge, never existed... but it could.

In my fanfic novella series, the TOS (TWOK actually) crew are pushed forward in time to the 25th century. As they cannot go back not to disturb the timeline, Fleet Admiral Janeway assigns them to a new five-year mission to investigate some strange attacks on the region of space known as the Virgin Lands. For the mission, the Enterprise is refitted once again, this time utilising 25th century technology...

This is so cool.
but if it's after star trek 2 should the enterprise be the refit from the movie.
it still the best looking enterprise 1701 ever!
and best story, it should be the story for the 11 star trek movie!

Where can I read these Star Trek Forever stories. Would love to read about the Enterprise being built retro-style but updated.

Yes, in a cameo role. He is at a Starfleet Academy course, telling his stories about the Borg when Kirk, now sent back for re-education, enters late. Picard first shouts at him but as he sees that it's Kirk, he becomes embarrased

cool...
it might be a good idea for the 2 enterprise captains to work together at on point

nothing would be cooler than the re-built ncc-1701 and the ncc-1701-e sailing gracefully though the heavens

the 2 finest crews in starfleet

In my stories, Picard is retired from Starfleet. The Enterprise-E was commanded by Worf and then by Chakotay. After Chakotay's last mission, he was appointed Admiral and the ENT-E was decommissioned (she was an old barge by then). Chakotay "gave back" the captaincy of the Enterprise to Kirk.

sooooo... that means that Picard didn't listen to Kirks advice

No, he remained the Captain of the Enterprise as long as the regulations of age allowed it. After he was too old to command the Big E, he refused being appinted to the rank of Admiral and so he began a carreer as a dilpomat and a teacher at Starfleet Academy.

No, I imagine her with some advanced deflector shielding but without the automodulative armour seen in Voy: Endgame.
