Even as a skull, I could not see beyond my own death, or my own dreams. The illusions that fan out throughout our lives tell us the meanings of words and names, but does not tell us beyond that colorful lie,we all die. I tell myself these truths, but never can I turn away from the comforting reality, even though I am already dead. I am beginning to see, but I can not blind myself for the sake of my tortured soul.
This deviation caused me to stir a deep unrest within myself, uncoherent and uncontrollable expression flooding out onto my screen...I had a hard day, but when am I not babbling nonsense? Forgive me and my state of mind, I do not mean to confuse you, just wanted tell you how beautifully raw this is!

It looks like the butterfly is the breath of life that would reanimate the skull. Anyway, i really like it. it reminds me of the Neil Gaiman's Sandman character, Death, for some reason. Maybe because Death is with you not only when you die but also when you begin life. (She says something to each and everyone of us, but we always forget it.)
As my friend told me, the next most natural thing in the whole world after being born is to die. That is, to every beginning, there is always an ending. And the skull in the picture seems to remind us of that...
I like it, in any case.

The butterfly is created by a guy names Graham Owen. He's an amazing artist in his own right. The rest of the stuff is just off ebay. I love that place.
