You know, I never did like Mr.Sinister. Always thought the character was really goofy:-

I like the expression on Naruto's face - fits him well.
But Ayanami does not feel quite right. The suit and hair make's her recognizable, but the face is of someone else.
Too narrow cheeks, expression is too sad/troubled - eyes seeking for sympathy, while original Ayanami feels more "blank", resigned.
