It's either a complicated code orΒ meaningless pattern, and I'm not sure which one.
Horizontal and slant lines alternate on each vertical strip, and strips have 6-9 lines.Β I'm fairly certain that the artist's description is not encoded into the image.
I also suspect that the message is short.
