Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00am. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.
Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes u will have the best day of ur life tomorrow. u will either get kissed or asked out, if u break this chain u will see a little dead girl in your room tonight. in 53 mins someone will say i love you or im sorry

why would it be iridescent if it's eyeless? the color would serve no purpose in communication or courtship, because they're blind, it would only scare-way its EYED prey before it approaches close enough to attack! XD

well you obviously don't know what it hunts do you ? maby its pray is attracted to iridescent coloured things so it stand still, and when the pray is close enough it jumps on it and kills it.And maby the world it lives in is an after earth like place,where oil is everywhere so it hides in there .

3) ring me when you find a blind terrestrial apex predator.
4) this piece was obviously made just for the cool factor and not to make sense biologically, and I am aware of that.
There is no need to find riddiculous implausible explanations, that only adds insult to injury.

Wow, this is a terrifying (in an awesome way) creature design! Really nice use of texture, especially in the mouth area. The iridescent effect looks great too. I love the designs for the little red creatures in front, they're quite adorable. I hope they don't get eaten.

You've gotten so so so good at defining space through lighting in these past pieces. I'm enjoying your work more & more with each piece.
I love the little creatures running away such a great detail! It's a small detail, but the dust/sand getting kicked up by the 'arrival' explosion needs work ... it's the only thing that really looks wrong. The blur makes it too close to the camera .. look at some long jump landing ref to help, not for the shape of the impact but to see how blur defines motion & distance: [link]
