First of it, I like the design, with the exotic (Japanese) theme. Maybe the colours aren't the usual ones, but that gives it originality, I think.
And the background is good, fitting with the theme of the character
But there are some problems. For example, since my point of view, the "Rings" on Anise's arms are too small, and it look like or either there's no arm, or is very tight.
The same goes with the rest of the clothes. Looks like it is the body itself, or very tight to the body
But apart from that, and some mínimum details, I don't see more problems
