Description
This is the art trading card for the month of November for ISRJMI ! I've painted quite a few ACEOs, but never one featuring a Pokémon. So I thought it was about time! :-D ISRJMI provided me with some nice additional options to choose from (thanks for that ), and of those options "Pokémon" and "fish themed" reminded me of Seadra. The yellow border is a reference to the Neo Genesis trading cards (all Pokémon portraits have a small yellow border on these cards). The background has been painted in acrylics with metallic silver acrylics, which makes the the ACEO look like a holo trading card, see the video below:
