Description A pair of re-enactors look at a B-26G Marauder dressed as Dinah Might, which flew on D-Day in support of the landings. According to her placard, Dinah is one of six surviving B-26s in the world, though wikipedia claims a seventh. Either way they're a rare lot.

This is the short wing version.  One of the fastest medium bombers ever designed and also a very high crew survival rate. A very technically demanding aircraft to fly and the Curtiss Elec. propellers a real problem..later models switched over to Ham-Std props because of number of crashes due to prop problems.  Thanks for sharing
