This DC-3/C-47 was one of the pair we saw flying around in the days leading up to the D-Day anniversary and mass paratrooper jump the day after. On June 7, after the military paratroopers jumped the two dropped loads of WWII uniform clad paratroopers as well onto the historic La Fiere dropzone.Maupertus-sur-Mer, France
