A moment of hiatus, before the crew recover the boat from imprisoning inertia.
A very artful composition, with the boat near the frame's edge, restrained by the taut mooring lines, suggesting a force which might move the vessel out the frame. In image that repays contemplation.

Great picture with the diffused lighting adding that effect. The boat is clearly defined as is the sand which gives a sense of tanquility but if you look beyond the bouy into the mist there is the unknown which might spoil the tranquility. in my opinion, the mooring lines tend to spoil the picture.
