A well done image that I really thinks grabs the mood of the story. I like the lament on Layla's face, but the utter shock of it all on Madrox. Almost seems to imply that this isn't her first time seeing it. Kind of freaky to be sitting on your own tombstone though. lol
I really look forward to seeing Ruby on a cover. She's a really interesting character that I think would make a great addition to the standard time line.

Thanks.

I wouldn't mind drawing Ruby, whether she makes a cover or not will depend on my editor though.

Very welcome. Sometimes I get sick of some artists pushing away from showing emotions. Nice to see characters emoting.
I've been amazed at how many Marvel and other professional artists I've found on devArt, including my artistic idol Fred Perry of 'Gold Digger'.

I have found it interesting that since Ruby's intro at almost this time last year in the X-Factor special that she has yet to even appear on any covers. I think in the issue summaries on Marvel's site she's only been mentioned off hand.
Personally, I really want Ruby and Emma Frost to have some adventure together. If for no reason, but I think a cover of them both in their bejeweled forms would be seriously cool. Calling in 'recious Jewels' or 'Family Jewels' if one if feeling more cheeky. lol
It's understandable an editor would want to have some control over a cover image. Don't want to spill too much on the front page.

Jeez man. I know this is probably a weird comment, but you draw fantastic hair, lol.
