It's one of those tourist binocular machines.. you put a quarter into it and turn a lever and you can see through the eyepieces.. its like a weak binocular

It's on a swivel and revolves 360 degrees.. I stood there for the longest time waiting for this brat to get off it.. he was standing there spinning it around. It IS pointing at the light in this one lol
