Description
The oil house and bell mechanism house (the mechanism for ringing the fog bell is no longer there but two frames later there is a schematic) All this time I thought the only thing they used this for was to store fuel for the light.Related content

Yea... I didnt read it carefully, but there was a mechanical clockwork thing that would make the bell sound at a particular interval using the springs and counterweights when the fog was very heavy and the light wasn't visible.
