-Memorable physical traits: Short-sized, Thin-haired, Pointy-eared, Tailed, Slim, Slender and lithe built. There's a sexual dimorphism and that's females are taller than males and have longer tails.
-Other names: Ardarians, Dwarfs, Elves, Dryads, Hamadryads, Nixies, Pixies, Sprites, Banshees, Wraiths.
The same mythical pointy eared forest dwelling creatures known through mythology, legends and lore. Aldar are a species of the Homo genus that lived previously in Earth between 10,000–4000 years ago in the before sunken continent of Atlantis, where it housed other mythical creatures such as Fishmen, Dragons, Griffons, Hippogriffs, Nemean lions, Unicorns etc. The Aldar began to develop a civilization reaching Bronze age while humans still lingered in Stone age, however that soon was to be disturbed when continental plates in the atlantic began to crumble and wither resulting in a large earthquake that sunk the island, luckily before that even happened the 'Arc and Magmos Protocol' has been initiated by the Usher's droids who predicted everything from the previous earthquake readings. The species of Atlantis were indexed and shipped to the newly created planet of Ardar in the Alpha Centauri system, the Aldar who had their memories altered in order to avoid suspicion started their civilization from scratch. The Aldar culture is tied to nature and are very respectful to all life forms, and as for their homes they actually live in gigantic trees/plants that can act up as a metropolitan city. After 6000 years humans arrive on Ardar from Earth using their currently new interstellar ships, Aldar at that time have discovered radio and rocketry, despite their technology being mix that of Biotechnology, Qi/Chi Manipulation and Steam-punk. the Aldar-Human relationships went well in the first few years, with Aldar making a deal with humans about offering 35% of the planet's resources to exploit in exchange for interstellar and space faring technology. However Aldar's xenophobia and human's current hyper-aggressiveness did not work together which resulted in conflicts between human settlers from different factions and Aldar, fed up with the conflicts the Aldar forced the humans out of the planet using all methods including diplomatic. Few years later all human factions came back in full force with their fleets, bombed the planet with antimatter bombs, destroying hundreds of cities and killing millions of Aldar. The Aldar technologically inferior fought with everything they had but unfortunately along with the Feldar they lost and got subjected by the human factions who later split Ardar between themselves. In the present day many Aldar find their occupation in trade and commerce due to their high intellect, the Aldar find their suitability in anything that's got to do with Trade and Money, which they are the ones who manage the human stock markets for them. Others find other occupations in Psychics and Magic, they a long history and tradition when it comes to Magic and Psychics, some become trainers and teachers for academies and schools while others become scientists along with humans as advisers and assistants. Aldar societiies are ruled in matriarchy in which females are the ruling gender.
