It is so incongruous, one might certainly suggest that you photoshop'ed in those flames next to the calm waterfront and the slick architecture of this building--but I wouldn't.

My backpacking journey started late December and remained until beginning of Februar. I reached to see Melbourne, Sydney, Great Ocean Road, Adelaide & Perth during these 45 days trip

Oh yeah, i can say that overall C: (except in Perth, when me and my friend got our cellphones, driving licenses, VISA-cards, camera n stuff stolen on a beach on your independence day D: ) But that doesn't obviously have to be australian thieves, hehe.
Apart from that, we had precious times otherwise. Best memories was probably Great Ocean Road trip, beaches and Sensation White

Oh! Reason for that is b'cuz this picture is taken on a 15 seconds scene.
Just from the moment when this shot begun so did the flame from the left start to reduce from the concrete pole and these other three flame up after each others instead
