Eheh... Yeah, this was another page where we were recovering from the hurricanes burying us under work. .... Which we're STILL recovering from, incidentally, but progress is being made.
Sonny is quite adorable here, we're just getting a bit more of the full picture on his relationship with his parents. This was a solid and emotional moment of him coming clean about why and how he became a Cuckoo bird... met with Wendy giving him a big hug he clearly needed.
Hard to add much to this one, but really like how it looks. Go check out or eh?
Martin's Comments: Yeah, this one was very improvised while we were dealing with fallout from the hurricanes; we had barely any real ability to do a page at the time but we didn't want to do more filler at this juncture, so we rushed this together.
Difficult page to comment on given that; do think it works for what it is but do think it'd probably be a lot better under more ideal circumstances. Climate change suuuuucks, that's the moral here.
