He probably stepped on a legoOkay, for real now, this took me 6 hours - so way longer than it should have. Sigh. At least I finally fulfilled my promise of drawing him :3

I love the pourple-grey color scheme bu what bothers me is color of the paws since they're exactly the same color as his fur. Perhaps a darker tone would fit better.

I'm not surprised this is a DD, it's pretty freakin' awesome! Everything about it is well-executed.
If you ever get the chance, you should totally do a post on how you draw paws. Even just a little series of screenshots from sketch to the final product would be pretty informative.Β

I can do that! I once wrote some notes on what to look out for and included some pictures of my dog's paws from various angles - though I'm pretty sure that many artists have posted tutorials already :3
Whenever I draw paws I start with the paw pads so I can be sure that the placement/direction makes sense. I will take screenshots the next time I draw them!
