This fight sucks because we all know cell is now where near to ssj3 goku.

Maybe, remember that Cell went through two near-death experiences with his fight against Dabura and that was with Cell holding back.

True but it just does not feel right seeing a character such as cell fight equally with ssj3 goku. Even though this comic is fan made I still do not like the idea.

Wow, épique! Et c'est vrai, tu es français! J'avais oublier! Trop top! Et on a même le droit au nom de la technique de téléportation rapide pour éviter attaque à la dernière minute. Ou si on préfère, laisser une image de soit dans la rétine de son adversaire pour l'attaquer dans une autre direction, technique qui est apparu dans le combat contre Frieza, si je présume bien! Désolé, ça me tentait de tout écrire ça!

En fait ce n'est pas la même technique, j'ai dessiné une image rémanente juste parce que c'est plus cool ^^ mais il s'agit bien du déplacement instantané et non de l'image qui reste collée à la rétine. Cette technique là apparaît très tôt dans dragonball quand gokû est enfant, ça s'appelle le "zansoken" je crois, alors que le shunkan idô apparait après freeza.

But SSJ3 Goku is CLEARLY stronger than Perfect Cell, so Goku HAS to win!

Nah, Super Perfect Cell should win here considering he's just as good (if not better) than Goku since he shares the same genes as Goku and a number of other powerful beings which makes him a superior warrior.
If you think about it, Cell never has to worry about dying from getting the snot knocked out of him since he can't die unless every single cell is destroyed, otherwise he'll just regenerate and come back stronger than ever before (this is due to Frieza's and Piccolo's DNA).

I disagree........First off, I already know about Cell's traits, and that makes him very formidable.
But you forget that Goku Can ascend to levels beyond SSJ3, Cell Can't do that. If Goku ascends high enough, he will indeed destroy Cell with a KameHameHa, or a 10X KameHameHa.
In other words, Goku would still win.

I too disagree since I don't see where you are basing that statement from (that Cell can't ascend past SS3 level of power) since he has Saiyan genes which allows him to continue growing stronger and stronger after each battle or near death experience infinitely (considering Akira never did give a limit to just how powerful a Saiyan can become)
Same thing could have been said about Goku's instant transmission (that Goku was the only one that could master it) yet Cell picked it up (PIS aside) since they both shared the same cells. (not including movie villains like Metal Cooler).
If you recall correctly, Cell was the only villain Goku ever quit on, despite him not being the strongest villain and my reasoning is because Cell in many ways was exactly like Goku but biologically superior since he could do certain things Saiyans couldn't (like survive any injury regardless of how severe is, breath in space or regenerate). Frieza was just an overwhelming strong and skilled villain and Buu was just unbelievably powerful but Cell was like reflection of Goku that he just couldn't beat (I'm talking PIS aside since we all know Akira wanted Gohan to beat Cell so a big part of it was PIS but still, Cell was every bit as good if not better than Goku except he was a sore loser)

Again, this argument is flawed. If this is all true, how on Earth did a SSJ2 (2, NOT 3!) Gohan beat Cell? He ascended to a level that Cell Couldn't match. Cell has Saiyan genes, but he's NOT a Saiyan, he's an android, and even with Saiyan genes, there is only so high a power level an android Can reach. A saiyan has no limitations to how high they can go, Therefore, if Goku wanted to, he could ascend to the highest level at THAT MOMENT, and beat him Cell easily. if as I'm talking about this Multi-verse battle. So, we agree to disagree then.

You do realize that when Gohan turned SS2, he had surpassed Perfect Cell's maximum strength by a very long shot (which explains why he was getting tossed around like a rag doll) but when he came back, he was just as strong (if not stronger) than Gohan since he was able to severely damage Gohan even though his attack was aimed towards Vegeta (who was no where near on Gohan's level of power).
I've heard all the arguments ranging from "Gohan wasn't ready for that blast so he didn't have his Ki energy protecting him from such a blast" to "DBZ split durability" argument but all excuses aside, Cell was equal to or stronger than Gohan.
In regards to Cell to losing to Gohan: Gohan won because of PIS and because Vegeta and the others were attacking Cell while he was battling it out with Gohan. Think it's fan theory? Think about it, if Cell would have won, then DBZ would have ended right then and there and without Vegeta's interference and Goku's telepathic help, Gohan would have been overwhelmed by Super Perfect Cell's power. This whole argument about Cell not being able to ascend is baseless as he has shown multiple times that although he's not a Saiyan, he has all the favorable genetic qualities of those who make his genetic make up.
He was far beyond the androids (even said by Dr. Gero himself) that Android 17 and 18 wouldn't be able to "thread water against the being he was creating" and that's because as androids, they had their limitations but Cell was on a whole new level since he was a biological being who had the same infinite strength potential of a Saiyan, the super hardy nature of Frieza's race, the incredible regeneration and physiology of the Namekians and some human DNA in the batch. That IS why he was called the "Perfect Warrior" since he was like all of them but greater so YES Cell can ascend and easily surpass SS3 level of power and far beyond that (if he continued fighting stronger opponents)
I still stand by Super Perfect Cell winning this fight.

The Cell from this fight is actually far stronger than the original, he is the one from dbz multiverse a web comic, this Cell is actually absorbed almost every person and enemy in his universe.

L'effet de disparition de la case 1 est très bien fait. Cell case 2 et Goku case 3 sont quasiment parfaits!
Tu as mis plus de perspective cette fois, c'est pas mal du tout! En travaillant les poses comme ça, tu vas sûrement t'améliorer encore.

I really like the second and third panels. Looks like straight from toriyama.
One critique, the walls of the tribune for the audience, looks like a gradient, a wall can't really have shadow like that. Either a shadow on top or on the side. For detail you should draw the line details like Toriyama does for walls. Those short scratches. You probably know what I mean because you use them on the characters all the time too, like on cell's head.
Anyway I'd like to see more this is really awesome and all colored. This must be an insane amount of work!! o_O

I see, but it's not a flat wall( I don't know if it's correct in english...), it's rounded. I thought it was more design.
