If I were to give this picture a character name...I would call him "Captain Satil", a vague reference to Remington Steel.

I thought of it taking the word "Steel" and reworking the spelling so that it makes a passable Vulcan name. Β And I thought "Steel" would be easier to "Vulcanize" than "Bond". ^_^
