Astonishing. A very interesting compostion, the way he's standing holding the sax, that's quite unique. Did it take long to do?

Thank you!! It took several months - I think the total was around 200 hours. I did it all from life, and the sax was painted seperately from the figure. I also painted the jacket seperately, posing it on a wooden maniquin so that the folds wouldn't change.
