Description more mechanical pencil
i wanted to just do a rough sketch of a creature, but once again i got too carried away and ended up with another small pencil piece. i need to stop doing that.

i'm not too in love with the ground area, so that'll probably change.

please full view to see the silly little area in centre.

how on earth do you manage this with pencil?

i use super cheap mech. pencils, so the lead is pretty easy to manipulate. the soft fuzziness is just light marks smudged with a stump and gone over and over again a million times. it took like 2 days to do, but it's super small!
aside from the form it's pretty much ALL smudging
