you're so sweet, do you know that?
small... sketchbook size. white, acid free paper. i just want to bring a few more greys into the background and value range is something i struggle with since these are always done with cheap mech. pencil (i have a nice set of drawing pencils, but i can't get shit {ideas, that is} to flow properly when i try to draw with them. guess it's performance anxiety... like since these are official artist's tools, i MUST create art with them! then, nothing happens
yep, that's text from the song that inspired the first "s" curve of conception. i like the words to be illegible.
thank you once again, my friend

fabuloso! Whatever vibe you have that's bringing this out of you milk it for all it's worth. A bunch of these on a gallery wall lit up would be quite the conversation piece. How big?what kind of paper...is it white? off white? cream? I just say as you put finishing touches, just keep that value range wide. Black blacks and a hundred variations from there. It looks fantastic. Is that text erased across the middle? Intentional?

Amazing shading. You must run through pencils like ten a day lol. I really like the tiny detailed areas, like the spindly nerve-ending style things sticking out of the main form.
