Hey all!Um... HERE'S THIS!
As I often do while in the middle of a Dead Days series, I like to draw other stuff just to keep me KEEN, you know, keep me SHARP, you follow? And once in a while, a doodle get's outta hand and turns into SOMETHING. Something COOOL.
Now what do I do with this cool little something? Surely I can't post it in the middle of a Dead Days series! OR CAN I?? After speaking about it at length with my lawyers, it turns out that yes, yes I can post it in the midst of a series. Neat huh?
So the "something" in questions in this case is a RANDOM drawing I did of the Street Fighter character Sagat (one of my favorite characters for his unorthodox blend of Thai kick-boxing, Tiger fireballs and similarity in name to Mr. Danny Tanner himself) FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER other than I like the way it turned out. SO THERE FOOS. THIS IS MY GALLERY, I CAN POST WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT! If I wanna post fanart, I WILL. If I wanna post a drawing of me peeing on a furby, I WILL. Just for the record, I DON'T wanna post a drawing of that last senario, I was just proving a point.
Anyhoo, enjoy Sagat in a style I don't usually get a chance to use in my everyday comics. "The Flaming Posers" part 5 coming soon!!! Thanks for watching ya'll.

HAhaa, there's so much POWER in this picture, I can feel it in my bodah. And if anyone knows about knee blows from Sagat, it's me. I remember battling the fucker 20 times in a row on Street Fighter II because the bastard is HARD.

But I wont force you, though if I wanted to I could use resources to capture and torture you in cruel and unusual ways until you draw it... but yah... Your linework is always razor neat.
Some artists like to ink really small, drawing mainly from the wrist, but larger drawings allow for arm movement which can be a lot smoother. I'm trying to get into the larger drawing technique.
So how big do you do your drawings usually? The Dead Days strips for instance.

Usually? Dead Days? Well, I don't draw them in panels like the finished product. After planning out what drawings I'll need for the comic, I draw each figure individually (sometimes facing each other or unless they're interacting), sloppily with a pencil at first, fleshing out the figure until I have the lines I want. Then I ink the bitch with a Sharpie and erase the pencils. I then scan the drawings, arrange them in photoshop into their panels, greytone and add the text and bubbles. Then I slap the title on it, resize it to internet size and BAM, it's ready to go. Hardcore.

this is quite cool actually because just recently in my Senior Study i've been playing alot of Street fighter with my mates. I havn't used Sagat much, i'm usually Cammy or Guile (i like the military, so it influences my choices in life), but tomorrow i'm going to try out Sagat.
just incase you don't know, a "Senior Study" is a room last year students go during lunch and recess or when we don't have a class, it's a room just for our year!. so someone brought a SNES and a TV so now we just play Super Street Fighter.
