Prey: DeerThe pack of Tokotas was on the move! The hunting party was made up of five skillful hunters and.. well, what looked to be the token minority of the group. Little Mayur was trotting along behind them all, as if she didn't have a single care in the world and wasn't to be rushed. Probably because she didn't care if she had a part in the culling or not, she knew things would fall into place and work out in her favour somehow or another, they always seemed to, after all! She WAS a princess and it wasn't like she didn't deserve these things. Meanwhile Qiqirn was running hard with Sindra almost directly at her side, both of them panting as they charged after the swift little deer - splashing audibly as the little ungulate tore desperately for freedom.
Bambi held her pace at a long gaited lope, head held high and eyes alert. She was watching and waiting for the little deer to bolt away, as they had often in her experience. It always seemed that just when they were just inches away, the deer would bolt to the side and the entire hunting party would be at a loss of what to do. But that wasn't going to happen if she could help it at all! Niita was leaping with each stride, working her best to avoid the water - it wasn't one of her favourite things - but she knew it was necessary to complete the hunt. Ferran, for once, was pulling his weight and running along. Meanwhile Mayur remained content to bring up the rear. Within moments, Sindra had pulled ahead of the group and taken down the little deer and after a brief flail in the water, it was all over.
