Oh wow! Ok, my impressions went all over the board on this one. At first I thought it was a cannoness or sister superior from Warhammer 40K, then when I read the description, it reminded me of the Lady of Pain from the Planescape novel (Pages of Pain) by Troy Denning (Oddly a D&D novel).
Congrats on a great peace that transcends genres with an effective color scheme and tone!
