Based off of my suitemate, Julie Nguyen but then I tweaked a couple things. I started this picture a month ago and left it in random places collecting dust to I finished it up yesterday, and did some more tweaking today. I'd love to color it but I don't have a mouse or tablet so I just have to wait until I get a hold of one and there might be a colored version soon. Until then she's merely a sketch.
