I used to plan on going into architecture or interior design when I was younger too, and I always wondered if it was wise to put the master bedroom on the first floor and have the rest on the second. I know that if I had a baby, I wouldn't leave my her all the way up there until about age 5 or so.
So what was your reasoning for separating all the rooms from the master bedroom?
I'd love that house though, for real. Where do you think you would put it? (Around here, that house would go for $700g to 1 million.)
And, one more thing X_X are you planning on going into interior design as a career?

nah not interior design, but maybe architecture.
this actually was a project of mine during the recent summer, and the real reasoning for putting the master on the first floor was that instead of this being built for a newly married couple or one expecting a baby it was intended for a friend of mine who has been confinded to a wheelchair as of late tragic events.
Thus the other rooms would have been for overnight guests/visiting family.
And finally if I were to built this house and place it somewhere it would most likely be in a place where you can easily travel around in a golf cart..
