I was about to complain about your complimentary colors, but I realized that it was all the right colors that were suppose to be compliments to each other and that you use water color while I am used to seeing and using acrylic, even though it's been forever since I painted before. I should start again now that I see this and we just ended the subject in art not too long ago

I didn't go into to to much detail on the complimentary colors, because there's a lot more to it. I just wanted something simple that wouldn't be confusing to beginners.

Glad to be of service! When I started painting I had no idea how to make neutrals, so it was hard to paint anything with a realistic color scheme...

I am just really bad at making the colors transition into each other without getting outside the lines.

Yeah, that can be hard. To remedy that, I just use a small, synthetic brush without much water.

What type of brush do you use?

To be perfectly honest, I have no idea. It has white bristles (well, they used to be white) and a red painted wood handle. I found it somewhere and I've been using it for like, two years.

Ahhh, okay, I didn't know if there were better brands for this than other. I have multi purpose brushes that I have been using.

I figured out the brand, something called master touch? Anyway, my favorite size is a 3/0
