Seen above are base form and human form, but they have a mid form where they have a cat tail and a rough cat tongue bc they’ve spent so much time as a cat. It’s easier for them to change back to this form than all the way back to their true base form.

They have a few preferred forms to turn into including a black cat, a pigeon and several specific human identities that are actually humans they knew on earth.

[ BACKSTORY ]

The very beginning of Fin's was spent like any other shifter. Created from Stardust and Light Force, they spend the first decade of their existence on a moon where they are raised and taught by higher ranking shifters known as Tutors. Fin's moon was overall unremarkable and bored the young shifter. The decade passed without consequence and the now fully grown shifter was sent off to explore different planets and universes as was custom.

Fin spent a good amount of time just testing their powers to the limit, how far and often could they dimension jump, how far could their energy blasts go? After quite a bit of fooling around they eventually realized they could control the energy they put out. Unfortunately quite a few of the worlds they visited didn't enjoy the testing of powers quite as much as Fin did and they were often chased from the worlds they visited.

It just so happened that on one of their jumps they entered into a vast open universe with strange floating rock formations and huge nightmarish monsters that roamed the area. Fin came to call this place home. In their eyes it was perfect, open and nobody to bother. They came to know this place as the Void. It was exactly what they had been looking for in a place to hone their energy control. But time is fucky in the Void and without even realizing it or meaning to they had spent quite a few decades in the Void.

Honestly they hadn't planned on leaving anytime soon, but thanks to the abilities of a human woman with peculiar powers she coaxed them like a reluctant cat to a planet called Earth. He spent a good chunk of time on earth, eventually becoming involved with a supernatural Mafia war where Fin gathered intel for one of the leaders.

Years went by living on earth, and unfortunately one wrong jump put them smack in the middle of Yggdrasil's realm with no way to escape.
