I didn't like the first one I posted so here is a front view and a side reference.

So an update on my OC Oona

The most I will say is her tails are supposed to look like long feathers but act as if they are tentacles slowly moving back and forth.

"Time is relevant during this day and age.... Each moment is precious for what we do with it...it can change a view on a subject ."
This is something that Oona believes completely but she doesn't say it very often. It isn't something she can just say out in the open though she wants to sometimes.
She is a rather tall Kivouackian who comes almost 7 and a half feet tall (Horns not included) with a long beautiful feather like tail spread out and long silky wings that cover her silvery sleek body like a cloak. Almost mesmerizing from her simple beauty. The wings shimmer and shine as he tail looks almost like the night sky but is covered most of the time when she isn't singing for the public for entertainment. Oona like her and others who work under her in the entertainment /Music Halls live in the Hammerlow, a place for the more highly regarded creatures.

She was born years after the Great Kivouachian war and like many others had to fight to survive. But Oona during this time would attack and like many others would know nothing until one day she happened to find scripts and books in little corners of the Kasino. This was something that had to be a calling for the young creature. This literature gave her knowledge of her species, History, Politics, and most of all Operation information. She learned that entertainment could allow her to survive without being attacked on the spot. She happened to find a place she seemed fit be part of. The young Kivouack displayed her self to the owner of the business singing beautifully and dancing around elegantly. She curtsied towards the owner of the establishment and the customers and her memorizing colors defiantly would bring in a crowd. This was fine at first but like something she forgot about she was displayed a few different times, having her body humiliated for not listening to politicians or others in the music hall. Years of this was normal but one day this beautiful creature decided she wanted to own the thing she was so much apart of...so one day when her owner wasn't paying attention the young creature had pounced. She had decapitated the owner and devoured his flesh, swallowed his bones and saved her kwel in a container. The Kivouack did what she must by law to obtain the establishment and all of their belongings.

So many things have been seen through the years of this and many other Kivouachian. They have seen wars and so to say peace but alas this all happens but ends all the same.

Extra/Fun facts:

+ Oona is very strict and things get done when they are told to be done.
+ Wont ever announce that she idolized Winfred for her elegant appearance and wits.
+Oona has a strange habit of swaying back and forth when she gets stressed.
+ Her eyes turn brighter along with her colors when she is angry or is entertaining
+ Her tail can spread out and be flaunted like a peacock, It is very large but she keeps it together most of the time dragging it.
+Her tails are almost feather like but act as if they have are alive Tentacle like movements slow. This allows her to pick up objects with them if she so chooses.
+ Oona has owned Talon for 40 years
+ She was the one who removed his (Talons) top/roof of his mouth by stomping on it in public
+ Seems to have a slight interest in a certain Kivouachian but is to proud to announce it to him
+ Oona's wings can wrap around a target, they are beautiful but she has strangled creatures with them
+Tail 'Feathers' on the dark blue shimmer like stars.
+Decorates her body in gemstones when greeting an audience or to impress suitors
