Anyways Oona being a very intellectuel Kivouackian is constantly thinking of how to make the public happy and normally stops to thing of certain Higher up in the community. Sometime is being a certain murderer and other times its how to place her new 'Seats' in a way to attract more Kivouack to her Hall.
