Interesting Solar Flare design here ("Solar Flare" being my favorite name for a Nightmare-ified Celestia). I especially like the usage of chains and spiked jewelry!

If you thought Nightmare Moon was bad, you're not going to like a Nightmare-style version of Celestia.

Some very nice detail with the mane and the chains and the body lines and the shading. And the full-on white eyes fit well. Great job, I say.

Thanks a lot , maybe everyone who looked at this see it as an evil version of Celestia.
I just can say that it wasn't meant that way exactly and i think that she looks rather sad than really evil
...who knows what is behind that change .
