So I was sitting down in front of the t.v. with my dad yesterday just deciding what to watch and we have this free internet/tv show thing in our blue ray player. While looking through the list of what was on this service, we noticed that Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla was on the list, so we watched it.While watching this video, I came to the conclusion that in most movies or anime series, when Japan is under the threat of monster attack, they build always build mechs to fight against it. So all in all, just an observation.

Well, when it comes to kaiju flicks, the main solution seems to be "use another kaiju". If there's actually a second kaiju handy, that's easy. But if there isn't one, it tends to be a lot easier to build a machine than to breed something organic. A vehicular "kaiju" also tends to have the advantage of being easier to control...
... At least until the aliens get a hold of it and decide to install it with an evil AI >.>.
Meanwhile, when it comes to anime... yeah, mecha do seem to be the elite war-vehicle of choice XD.
