The stone was quite a challenge as I had absolutely no clue what to do with it. At least I've found a matching idea and played around with polyclay gradients. I really love the result.Materials: purpurite cabochon, labradorite and chrysolite beads and splitters, polymer clay Fimo, Toho seed beads, metallic parts, moss agate beads.

I thought so from the title.
The one thing I might add is the the background for the stone seems a little thick (perhaps due to the rounded edges), which makes it visually "heavier" than some of your other pieces. It's not a big thing, but just my own gut feeling when I see it.
I do like the curling ferns as they wrap their way around the stone. It's an interesting choice, since ferns are very ancient plants too, going with your "prehistoric" theme.
