Alright let's get started! I haven't done some of this in a long time, but I'll try my best. I'll analyze every important part of the drawing to its minimal details. So, long shiet ahead.
Let's begin with the general idea, the concept or "vision" in how the web describes it. You, have worked on this for a long time and it gave the results in the most favoring way possible. I'm, utterly shock by what you have achieved here. The amount of effort put, the large time spent, the endless concepts and practice were all tested in this piece. The anatomy and everything surrounding it has been a result that created this marvelous creation. The vision I have of this piece is reaching far away, although I still sense there might be something left, is without doubt a truly piece of art.
About the anatomy of the character, it has been one of the hardest things to put here. Not because there is something wrong, that there isn't, but because the amount of things I can say about this great idea is too much. You have always that classic touch for the wings, this piece proved that. The number of success in different parts of the body, like the paws, legs, expression, horns, chesplate, I can count so many successful improvements for give life to the character.
About the pose, you did it right to not give all the love towards this part of the piece, counting the idea was to give immense details and a feeling of dynamism. Not much to say, apart you did an excellent job with the idea and performed a flawless way of exhibit your skills as an artist.
The coloring. Is one of the most beautiful things in this piece. The odds were in your favor, and you did better than most in this difficult part. I can see, the way of coloring and time spent, a very difficult process but worth results. You have done something more than coloring here, you proved what is beyond that.
The impact this piece gives me is very warm and surprising, but unfortunately not direct and crushing. Is still worth enjoying the piece for days to come.
I would like to say more things, but this is getting way too long for my taste. Overall you made an excellent job, a great exhibit of what you can do with all your heart, and a piece that will remain as an example of what hard work can do.

I've been wanting to comment on this since the day you posted it, but only now I managed to find time and motivation.
First thing's first and it's very obvious: tHE SCALES
They're absolutely, extremely amazing! Love the variety in shapes and sizes and how well they fit the places they are in. I can't even imagine the amount of patience and effort this must've taken Kudos to you!
Moving on to the anatomy! That shit's dope! Lovely proportions and shapes and everything! Love the forelegs especially
AS FOR THE SHADING, for the lack of a better word, it's hella.
Some places could've been a little less dark, but other than that I can't really think of anything else to say

You basically just took a giant leap from the previous serious drawing to this one, so I'll just go ahead and give you a giant slap of approval on the back. Go you!

I absolutely LOVE everything on it! The shading, the pose (And is good, I find it really fitting for this character I MUST SAY AHH) and the PAWS, I FREAKING LOVE YOUR LEGS MINE SUCKS I LOVE YOUR STYLE OF LEGS IMMA STOLE IT AND NO ONE CAN STAHP ME *Dies for the epicness*

Even though I don't do great critiques maybe I can help you on something, but since we have two styles so different from each other I can be wrong, dunno xDD;;

I think the pic is perfect, I mean look at these legs again ; o ; but maybe the body is a bit short, I mean, looking at the long tail, maybe the body should be a bit more longer, like dinosaurs, most of them have the tails the exact lenght of their body ; w ; I'm bad at explain ahahaha, but apart that I don't see anything that need a critique honestly!

The level of realism is over 9000!!! Seriously, what you did here with the scales is something that trully left me speechless, they're ultra realistic, just like the real life. Trust me, they're complete worth the hard work and time. You'll never stop to amaze me.
