Game Freak's designs disappoint me now and then sometimes often.Oh well, here's to hoping Dageki and Nageki manage to kick some ass anyway. :V

No, I don't think those two would be too amused, either. Especially because Dageki and Nageki don't look nearly as awesome as the hitmons.
(Seriously, all they needed was a Sumo or Shoalin Pokemon, and Hitmontop would probably be ticked off, too)

Well, I hope you're not disappointed, because the guy who designed these is Ken Sugimori (the guy who does the official art for Pokemon).
These Pokemon not only look awful, but are so goddamn strong that you'll get your party on a one-way trip to the Pokemon Center if you're not ready.

Yeah, I know, he's done pretty much EVERY PokΓ©mon, and he's not gonna back down soon. Though what I've wondered is: does he just wing it and draw random designs, or do people actually come up with concepts and traits BEFORE he designs them?

I think they think out stuff, Sugimori said himself, "Don't worry about non-pokemonish designs. I'll be your filter". Game Freak, change that filter at once.

Everyone thinks the three cloud brother legendaries are ugly, but I don't really think so. (The fact that they're recolors of each other is kind of disappointing, but I don't mind it THAT much) Nageki and Dageki, however. THOSE two are ugly.
