LOL! Yeah I started not to put that one because you've already had it in your journal but.... you said to pick my faves and that's one of my faves! LOL! It's actually my top fave for my current work and Hurricane Violet is my top fave for my old work.

Thanks for including me and I liked the idea of a "get to know you" journal. That was nice and I might do that with my watchers too some day so that I can get to know a little bit more about them. I've had people add me lately and I have no clue who they are!! LOL!

Oh well yeah I try to do that too when they add me! However there's so much more to a person than what you can see on their profile page or even in their art. You can get a feel for them but it's really hard to truly *know* them until you speak to them a bit and get more information. It's like us...... you and I have learned more about each other from talking than we could have ever learned about the other by just viewing our profile pages or looking at our art. There's still plenty more to know though and I'm enjoying finding it out!

Actually the design is a pattern that comes with GIMPshop. Both the background and the frame are made with the same pattern but the background has had the opacity decreased drastically and it's layered on top of another dark purple background layer. I made the frame using the rectangle object selector. I adjusted the setting to a fixed width/height and just filled it in with the pattern. The frame is 100% opacity I believe.
