I love this cat <3Its a digital painting! i take a photo of my sketchblocks in a big format and paint over this block with my wacom graphictablet.
I used escapemotions rebelle for the watercolor drips etc.
its a great tool for this. but i must also combine it with corel painter
Maybe its available as shirtdesign soon because i´ve found a company with Disney licenses
