Gorgeous work. I love the griffin and the dragon, but what strikes me most about this beautiful piece is the background. That lighting is just incredible, and I can almost feel the chill mountain air.

You're right. I was trying to portray foreshortening, and just couldn't get it, dang it. His body is supposed to be a ways back. Hopefully will do better next time.
