WIPClick twice and you may see why the hungry wolf didnt notice the mother dragon. P:

The wolf is so hungry, he'll even enter the dragons territory just to get food, or...BE food. >:3
I drew his front leg in a way that it will feel slanted and just about to maybe leap on the baby. He is starving so hes like...shedding to the point of half nakedness.. plucked chicken, yum. .-.
Maybe I should put 1 or 2 more pixel wolves that noticed the mother dragon. :/ hmmm

Haha well since this is fantasy maybe the wolf has a magical barrier protecting it against fire and maybe it can get out in time before the mother grabs the wolf or some other unexpected event happens. c:

I love the lighting in this picture. And the emotions, the body language of both of them. And the contrasting colours. And (and this was possibly unintentional) how at first glance it looks as if the wolf is in a cave and then as your eyes move upward you inevitably spot the dragon's face. I wonder if the wolf felt the same way. Very nice!

opens her mouth to go BLAAARGH. But yesh, he would have looked at the imminent source of light a bit too late.

No idea why that popped in my head when I saw this...but the wolf reminded me of Toboe in coloring, and that scene when he is starving and gets his buttfluff handed to him by crows...

Yep, xD I did use it and many things. :> In the description-The Intuos 4 indicates the tablet I used(wacom). The PsCS5 stands for photoshop CS5. Hope that helps. ;3
Of course, without my hands, this wouldnt have been nearly as succesful since its the part of my body with the more refined skillz.

Hahah xD really? Lol, thats great! But not so great when you are required to use a more complex software like photoshop/corel for business. Last time I even opened ms paint was for a little cousin, about 4 months ago. You should try out photoshop, or corel/sai...there is better software out there-well, that is if you are going for something a bit more proffesional xD

x3 Just keep going for it! I didnt like gimp either lol, I think photoshop is easier and quicker to use, but thats just me. Gimp would suddenly stop working on me and crash so I was liek "screw dis. D:< After that I never tried it again. xD
But yeah, whatever works for you dood, as long as you can work towards that same goal/effect faster and easier, it will be much better. I'm pretty sure gimp should have some keyboard shortcuts to make it go faster too.
