Just colored. I really like how her eyes turned out, I'm not sure why. I'm not too sure if I'm happy with the little colors for the uniform, but I didn't want ti make it look sailor moon.Related content

This one stood out pretty well, and I agree with what a lot of the other "omg how cute lol 
I see a definite coloring style, kind of like a mixture between watercolors and markers. Edges bleed into one another, and the lineart still maintains its sketchy style (something that I really like, particularly in comic books like Herobear). The perspective on it is readable, like the viewer is looking downward on her while she's leaning forward. Gesture works, because it coincides with the usual personality of what's expected of a school girl, and the wardrobe also looks quite nice.
As I look more and more at this though, it seems to be lacking structural drawing. I touched upon earlier that I like a sketchy look, because it allows the viewer to see just how the artist actually constructed the figure. As I look at this one, though, I wonder if you even worked from the skeleton up, or just referenced it straight from another image, or just eyeballed it. It aligns well and reads at a first glance, but after looking at it for so long, errors start to appear.
Her left shoulder (viewer's right) looks dislocated. It's too far back. It doesn't line up with the relationship between the right shoulder and the spine. Either that, or the neck is just a smallllll smidgen too far off to her right (viewer's left). One thing that really bugs me every time I look back at it is what looks like her back. There's a line going from the left shoulder to the lower-right at a 5 o'clock angle. It makes her back look hunched, while in reality, it should be acute. To hold a pose like that, she has to be curving upward from the pelvis. I think the line is sticking too far out from her back, and if that line belongs anywhere, it would be much lower down.
The eyes look good, it's just that the left one is falling to the side like a melting Mr. Potato Head. Though it's better to get eyes too far apart than too close together, it would look a bit more believable if the left eye was scooched just a little to the viewer's left, closer to the nose.
Hair highlights are supposed to be shiny. Though the color style matches consistently with the rest of the image, I think the hair could be bolder, with stronger contrast between the highlight and base. One more bit about the hair is that it's falling to the viewer's right a little too much, making it look unbalanced. Plus, it creates an illusion that makes it seem like the hair is sticking backwards like Marge Simpson in a wind tunnel. There's just a little too much hair in the back, unless the desired effect is to have something like a horizontal beehive hairdo.
Last thing, I don't like the background. It keeps drawing my attention away from the figure, and doesn't have a consistent flow or balance that compliments the figure. That, and I have a prejudice against photoshop scatter brushes.
The image looks great as a thumbnail, and succeeds at initial glance. Those two bits are the most important parts where an image should triumph. It shows your capability, and feedback such as this is intended to help build up this potential from something good into something exceptional.

Anyway... I'm not really an artist so I can't draw a person like this or maybe give many critiques...
But you know... the thing that I love about this piece -- I love the costume, indeed it reminds me again of Sailor Moon. You know what, I was really a fan of Sailor Moon, especially Sailor Jupiter

Ok... about this artwork, I love how you add some amazing colors into it... the colors itself are different from other anime works that I've seen... this one is very shiny, and I love shiny colors... And also, The effects on the colors give them a different look, it's so wonderful

i like that one alot more than how i colored it, i was lazy and didnt color the eyes, it was hard enogh to get it to be simple black and whit to color it...

you'r so great at drawing poses. it makes me jealous. It's lovely, the eyes are so great. The only thing that bothers me is her right jaw/cheek. It looks a little out of place.. like she's puffing her cheek out on one side.
