Hi, sure, i took the microcontrast up, masked it especcialy on the hair, the Gun and the clothing. I smoothed the Skin and the final touches were a grey Layer on wich I did some Contrastchanges (Highlights and Shadow). Then I graded the colour a little bit and voilá done
