I think Ra's al Ghul might be my favorite Batman Rogue: he's the perfect combination of sophistication, intelligence, misplaced idealism, megalomania (is it really megalomania if you're actually immortal and have a small covert empire?), and regular mania. Lots of good things
Also I feel like this song, Handlebars by Flobots, just refers to him, especially the last part: [link]
Ra's al Ghul means "Head of the Demon" and I drew his head.... get it?!
I know I should get rid of the spiky eye bits, but kept it because......idk i just did. If anyone has any idea how to get glowy edge backlighting, tips would be cool. I abandoned the notion when it looked like he was wearing a facial masque on the edges.

Uooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh, LOVE his facial structure, particularly that absolutely awesome nose, and the way you shaded it for his cheeks and nose--great!
Hmmmmmmm, for a more glowy edge backlighting... try using a softer brush to blend your shadows more? There should be a fuzzy-lookin' brush option next to the hard-edged brush. It's also a good idea to combine the hard-edged brush with softer brush strokes--look into the opacity options as well! Good luck! (Sorry, I'm no expert on photoshop, hahaaa;; )
