i tried to do the glowyness tutorial on makani's for the lightning but i couldn't get the layers to do what i wanted them to do (gimp = i don't know as well as photoshop).anyhoos, that is richie, static, and rubberbandman, with ebon looming over them, and all of these characters are from the wb kids show static shock, which is a totally awesome show and you should all go watch it

EDIT: his goggle strap was purple and it was driving me CRAZY. so at long last i edited it and now it is white

You're welcome. It is an awesome show. Along with Jackie Chan Adventures this was one of the shows I saw that started while I was graduating from Elementary school and lasted throughout middle school.
