Yay, Denmark, you are secretly my favourite! I'm sorry for the crooked panels... Muro is not the best program for drawing straight lines. Oh how I wish I had Photoshop again.

Thank you! This is actually a slightly altered form of my handwriting. It's usually really, really narrow and cramped, but I had to make it legible.

The rays of light in the fourth panel are so beautiful, I can't stop staring at them ;w; And Swe and Den lurking in the bushes... It's just something I can totally see them doing

I don't have Photoshop or any other programs like that, so Muro is the only free program compatible with my tablet that I have been able to use for the past year or so. So using it constantly has given me a feel for it, I suppose.

I love it!!!! Denmark... the nordic version of a redneck!
But love them in the bushes. and thank you for NO GLASSES!!!!! That's always my biggest pet peeve on historically Viking age stuff... glasses didn't exist then! So you get VIKING BERWALD with OMG great eddie bauer rimless glasses... ARRRRRGH! so thank you for ditching the historically inaccurate specs.
In my head cannon he squints a lot so that's why he get's the scary reputation... he's just far sighted and he's gotta squint to focus on things close up.
I gotta say you also churn out pages FAST! It takes me weeks to do a single page, I'm not cut out for manga. I've done it before but it takes me ages and I never finish cause I get frustrated/bored with the repetition. I stick to pin-ups.

Berwald having glasses back then bothers me too! Aaaugh! Even in the 17th century he wouldn't have gorgeous rimless things. They'd be clunky, steampunk-esque pince nez... Though it is tempting to draw him with the glasses in any age, because glasses are damn sexy on him.
I really like your headcanon... that's a perfect explanation. And I can sympathise there... I always forget my glasses when I go out, so I'm constantly squinting too. It makes me look like I'm snarling at everything. I think I tried to communicate the squinting thing in the sixth panel... not sure if I pulled it off, though.
I finish these pages pretty quickly because I'm excited about this project and it is the summer, so I have nothing else to do. When I started to draw this page at about noon I was still in my PJs. This is one of the only reasons I like summer.

OH Sorry. Mads is Mathias. I am so sorry. XD In Denmark Mads is short for Mathias kind of like how in English Tim is short for Timothy. I didn't know you're name was Mads. I knew that you told me once that Mathias had been a name your parents considered for you, but I didn't know they actually went with the short form of it. XD
And though I love you both, no, Mathias is the twit I was referring to. XD It's hard for me to call him Denmark, I just so instinctively call him Mathias or Mads. XD
