DTA Entry for 's DTA on Kitsumeras! ;u; I am definitely in love with this character
i abused the luminosity option and airbrush as well

EDIT: I decided to write some information about her:
She's one of the dream keeper guardians and at every half moon, she goes to one of the places where the moon's power and pull of gravity is strong. She chants some spells for the whole power to work. This only happens every month, wherein the dream keeper guardians have to go to a peak where their tail can reach the moon's rays. And when that happens, the pull of the moon is so strong that she gets a lot of nightmares to convert into good ones.
